We've started the construction the first production and warehouse building for Orenda Group

The current investment project is a big step forward in the development of the fast-growing Bulgarian company for finest natural bio-cosmetics, which in recent years has established itself as a leading brand in Bulgaria and Europe.

The building covers 1005.48 sq.m. and provides production premises that comply with the high requirements for quality and cleanliness according to the current GMP standards. There are separate areas for packaging, storage and shipment of finished products. The building is designed with 200 sq.m. administrative offices on the second floor with internal windows with a direct view of the work areas providing the opportunity to demonstrate and oversee the entire production process. The office part is fitted out with interior design solutions and details, providing all the comforts for the company's employees and Clients, including a massage room.

The property is located in the Industrial Zone of Bozhurishte and has an area of 5588 sq.m. The plot is sufficient for future expansion of the production and warehouse base of the company.
