Cordeel Bulgaria completes office building BSR II

Cordeel Bulgaria has started the execution of the first production and warehouse building for Orenda Group.

We have successfully completed the new warehouse and office for the client TESY in north-east Bulgaria. The hand-over of the new building was achieved one month earlier than planned with a total execution time of 8 Months. The new warehouse with his 18m height and 110m length is equipped with a rack system for nearly 8 000 pallets uploaded trough 10 delivery ramps. The administration building for the employers was designed and executed with exceptional high quality.

Following the successful completion of the project “LIDL Logistic Depot in Kabile village”, during 2019 we are executing a new construction project for LIDL. The project includes two subprojects on the site by the village of Kabile: Fenced open warehouse for storing of empty pallets of 1500m2, equipped with lighting installations and rainwater sewerage. Second independent water supply line with a length of 400m to ensure the continuity of the technological water supply to the Logistic Depot. The construction period for both subprojects is 59 days and the works will be completed within July 2019.
