New office building for Cordeel
To further grow our business in Bulgaria, we executed our own new headquarters in Sofia to be ready for the expansion of our activities on the Bulgarian construction market. The building is about 2.320 m2 and has 3 floors plus an underground parking level. It was designed and executed according the Cordeel Group standards with our own view on functionality.

Strategic location
The location of our new headquarters was strategically chosen. It is just outside of the city centre with good connections to the ring and very close to both the highways from Sofia to the east part of Bulgaria. In this way we are more centralized and able to serve clients in the entire country.
