Storage space with three functional zones

Except a double floor Administration part with built up area 3.000 m2 also a Storage space was constructed as a one volume with built up area 6.500 m2. There are three functional zones – refrigeration part with working temperature minus 22 degrees, tempered part with working temperature plus 6-8 degrees and tempered part with working temperature plus 12 degrees.

Very short execution terms

For less than a year all construction works in the scope of the General contractor were successfully completed. The mixed structure (monolithic part, precast concrete and steel structure), the thermal insulation in the floors of the warehouse, the refrigeration panels as additional walls and ceilings and the epoxy coating on large areas required outstanding coordination within these short terms for execution. Also the new technical installations were integrated with the installations of the existing building.
