Impressive and unconventional industrial design
The exterior of the building combines exposed concrete, metal surfaces and energy-efficient glazing, used wisely, to clearly shape and accentuate the functional areas. Special attention is given to the employee rest areas. Two impressive outdoor gardens and a patio are provided in the administrative block. And in connection with the existing production facilities, a "warm connection" was built to the neighboring building, which also has the role of a modernly furnished canteen. The finish of the interior design of the building follows the concept of its exterior and impresses. The separate storage area, production area and administrative block are functionally organized and provide a comfortable, healthy and safe work environment.
High-tech production, requiring high-efficiency installations and systems
High-tech solutions from leading suppliers of specific technological equipment are implemented in the project. The production lines are fully automated and highly efficient, which makes a team of 10 people sufficient to manage the production process. The packaging of the finished product is also automated by means of a high-tech robot and auxiliary equipment. During the design and construction process of the building, special attention was paid to the efficiency of the climate systems, humidity control and fresh air purification systems, high-quality lighting and energy efficiency. The very high hygiene requirements for the production premises are met.
