Modern refrigerated and low-temperature warehouses

One-story warehouse with low-temperature (down to -25ºС) and refrigerated areas. Its volume is divided into three parts, two of them are equipped with mobile racks type "Mobile Racking" for 5,000 pallet places, the third one is equipped with stationary "Conventional" racks for 1,600 pallet places. With the "Mobile Racking" system there has been implemented one of the most functional solutions for increasing the capacity and number of racks in the warehouse, without а compromise with the direct access to each pallet. Thanks to it, the warehouse achieves very high efficiency - a total of 6,600 pallet places in only 2,400 square meters, in a storage height of 10.,50 meters.

Working together with the client

Thanks to the useful cooperation with the client and sharing of good practices in the field of construction and maintenance of cold and low-temperature warehouses, we have achieved - a technological, functional and ecological warehouse. Equipped with combined loading docks type "Jumbo", it ensures loading and unloading activities of a wide range of vehicles. The main source of electricity for the building is a photovoltaic system with batteries with a capacity of more than 650 kw. For employees, customers and partners of Bulkarto EOOD, we have completed a representative office part of the building with interior design by Cordeel Bulgaria.
