ENPAY produces game-changing, high-tech components for the transformer industry. The company commissioned Cordeel to design, administer and construct its new production plant for transformer components with warehouse and technical areas (8,882 m²) in Shumen Industrial Park. The project included a two-storey office structure, plot infrastructure and landscaping.

Unique scope of the works

Cordeel was entrusted with the entire process from initial concept and design to construction and commissioning. This included managing decision making on behalf of the client. ENPAY wanted a beautiful modern production plant, turnkey delivered on time and according to specifications. By working closely together, all expectations were met.

Highly complex mixture of installations and systems

The seven production areas, separated by fire-resistant walls, are equipped with overhead cranes and a variety of installations. These include water supply, firefighting, electrical MV and LV power, HVAC and water-cooling facilities. There are also compressed air, propane, butane and nitrogen installations, LAN and a fire alarm system. A specialised dust collection system to improve air quality and safety during production was installed too.
