Tesy is a leading producer of electric water heaters and heating appliances in Bulgaria and other European countries. The company had experienced rapid growth and required a new production facility with offices in Shumen. The project (4,328 m2) comprised two areas: a production area and an office section.

Exceptional quality on the interior and finishing works
The administrative building is built with three floors and occupies the centre of the new site. There were very high requirements and expectations on the interior of the office and this was successfully executed and delivered to the client. The production facility is connected to the administrative building and has one floor, one-entrance hall with a cross-section of 24 m, length of 72 m and a clear height of 8 meters to the roof trusses.
